The hotel is conveniently located in the South Mimms Welcome Break area, although situated within one of the UK's busiest motorway service stations. The rooms were tired, run down, and in need of updating but offered some essentials like a fridge. The service was attentive and took care of all our requests promptly. The dining options were limited to service station facilities, albeit a bit expensive, with an adjacent American Diner as an alternative. Overall, the price was average but felt slightly overpriced for certain offerings.

The hotel had slightly tired rooms compared to other competitive hotels, and the toilet and bath seemed a bit dirty. Despite the check-in readiness at 2 pm, my room was on the ground floor which was not my preference.
